Haylee Wood

Haylee Wood

Maybe you discovered Haylee Wood during her Set at Skyline Music Festival in 2021 or EDC Orlando 2022. Maybe you discovered her after her first release on Repopulate Mars, But if you haven’t discovered Haylee Wood yet, what are you waiting for?

A lifetime love of music informs this up-and-coming Tech House DJ, producer, and vocalist who has been playing piano and guitar, singing, and writing songs since the age of twelve.

Haylee discovered dance music and the festival scene just in time to have COVID take it all away. Bored in quarantine, she realized she still needed the music that meant so much to her – and so decided to try her hand at mixing house.

Wood soon discovered she was a natural, and what started with playing at home soon gave way to playing for friends. Playing for friends soon gave way to playing at clubs in downtown Orlando- the city that started it all. Now residing in Los Angeles, Wood looks to expand her empire, not only singing on her own tracks but also contributing to other producers’ works a powerfully emotive alto voice.

As for her beats, Haylee’s sounds would feel equally at home in a Nightclub or Festival Working with multiple artist in the scene and delivering the best tech house vocals that tech house could find. You will never see Haylee without a smile on her face and a pep in her step. That’s what makes her Haylee Wood!

Icarus

Icarus

It’s been a long, hard-earned road to success for Icarus, the Bristol-based duo made up of
brothers Tom and Ian Griffiths.
Naturally taking to instruments at a young age, much of their teenage years were spent playing
in various punk, rock and funk bands, but it wasn’t long before their attentions moved towards
electronic music. Dance music had in fact always been there in the background, initially in the
form of trance and hard house mix CDs, but it was the discovery of Drum and Bass and Jungle
in their late teens that really took hold. Eagerly awaiting new releases every Friday in record
stores, their vinyl collections grew quickly, along with a new found passion for DJing. Whilst
studying music at the ACM in Guildford, a course module sparked an interest in music production
and after saving up enough money to buy a copy of Logic Pro, the pair began their journey
of obsessively honing their production and mixing skills.
