GENERAL ADMISSION
Tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket you agree to our Terms of Service.
Weekend Pass-Tent Camping $300
Friday, July 19 @ 10 am to Monday, July 22 @ 10am
*Weekend pass does NOT include silent disco headsets or early access.*
**Camping is first come first serve. There are no longer any private sites and minimal place holding is permitted once on site.
The best bet if you want to camp with a large group is to coordinate showing up at the same time.
Ticket add on such as early entrance is also a great way to ensure you can have your best festival.
A Car Pass will be required for drop-off, and will be reimbursed after your vehicle is moved off-site.
Absolutely no cars will be allowed to stay in these sites apart from drop-off and pickup.

Youth Weekend Pass-Tent Camping $150
For Youth 13 - 18, requires an on-site adult to attend the festival.

Kids Weekend Pass-Tent Camping $50
For Children 0-12, requires an on-site adult to attend the festival.

Non Camping Weekend Pass $240
Unlock the full Pachena Bay Music Festival experience with our Non-Weekend Camping Pass! Immerse yourself in the vibrant festival atmosphere, experience three days of immersion in music while making unforgettable memories under the starlit sky. This pass is a non locals options (Anacla and Bamfield residents tickets will be available in the community) to experience for multiple days of music, camaraderie, and adventure amidst the stunning beauty of Pachena Bay.

ADD-ONS
Silent Disco Headset Rental $40
This is a per-person add-on, to be used in combination with a weekend pass.
You will also be asked for a $40 cash deposit when you pick up your headset, which will be returned when you bring the headset back.

Weekend Vehicle Camping Pass- Fri/Sat/Sun $60
This is an add-on, and can only be used with a weekend pass.
Good from Friday at 10 am till Monday at 10 am.
Vehicle Camping is permitted in Zones 3 & 4 and is first come first serve as directed by camping staff.
**Vehicles in most cases should be parked as directed from the parking crew
This pass allows you to camp in your vehicle in designated areas of the campsite.
To put it simply car and truck camping can only take place where a tent can't go such as the uneven ground at the base of a tree, off the side of the campsite road, and in the existing parking lot.
There will be a level of flexibility and creativity involved upon arrival.
*These tickets are not for RVs or trailers.

On-Site Car Fee $30
This is an add-on, and can only be used with a weekend pass.
All vehicles are subject to an onsite parking fee.
This is one of the festival's environmental initiatives and is intended to incentivizing campers to carpool to the event.​

RV SPOTS - SOLD OUT
We have a limited amount of non-serviced RV spots (up to 30') tickets available on a first come first served basis. Includes Thursday's early entrance.
*You must also have purchased a weekend pass.
*You must be parked by the end of the day Thursday.
*You will have 10' on either side for set up.
*If you require a towing vehicle it will most likely need to be parked in another location.
*Where and how you are parked will be up to the discretion of our camping team and will be decided on a first come first served basis.
