Ticket Sale info Sheet

Terms and conditions:

1. All sales are final. Pachena Bay Music Festival has a NO refund policy. This includes cancelling due to government mandate, fire, natural disaster or for any other reason that is outside of our control.

2. All ticket holders and attendees MUST play an active role in reading the information provided on the website and on social media over the coming months and into the new year as important information is communicated.
https://www.pachenabaymusicfestival.com/

3. Our festival is fortunate to be working with Huu-ay-aht Nations Corporation (HGB) at the Pachena Bay Campground. We are honoured to have been given permission from the Chief and Council at HFN and more than anything we are proud that the people who live in the area that, vend, perform, work, and attend love our event. It has quickly become something everyone can enjoy, be proud of and take part in.

To understand more about Huu-ay-aht, their modern treaty land and how the festival fits within their community plan then start here:
https://huuayaht.org/

We are grateful to be enjoying and creating such a high-quality event in such a high-quality location. There really is nothing quite like it on Canada's West Coast.

Tickets and camping systems:
Camping is “festival style” vehicles and tents are in some cases mixed and in other cases not. Get ready to camp in close quarters as there are NO reserved sites. Everyone camps together and sites are of no significance. Having one person save space for others is not acceptable. Flagging off areas and “land grabbing” is frowned upon. Ultimately the expectation is that everyone makes use of space as best as possible. Where you camp is subject to when you arrive and will be determined by our Camper's Helpers when you arrive. Most importantly listen to them and remember every spot is a good spot at Pachena.

We will have some zones that are more family-oriented and other areas less family-oriented.
*We have access to the stage/downtown side of the campsite from Monday July 13th onward. We take possession of the office side Wednesday July 15 at 11am.
*Families that get early entrance will have allocated room in the Family Camping area as of tues.
*No RV sales. To get an RV or trailer onsite you need to be a part of the production. By that we mean, if you want your big rig at the festival, ya gotta put that big truck that can tow things to work for the festival.  Let's talk it out (benhowells0@gmail.com)

Payment plan and cash sales:
Payment plans available now while supplies last. 4 equal payments. Once all payments are complete the ticket is sent. If payments are missed or abandoned no refunds available.

Volunteers, prospect performers, crew etc.
Last year's volunteers, please get in touch with your team leads pronto. Most volunteers from last year will be needed again. If you are unsure if your team lead will have you back or don't want to take the risk, just buy a pass now.
Future volunteers, we will need approx the same amount of volunteers in 2026 than we did in 2025 and applications will go out in Feb. If you can't take the risk, just buy now. If past years are the same you won't have a hard time selling it if you end up on the team.

Locals and Huu-ay-aht:
You all know we got you! Physical local Day passes are available. As we have in the past Huu-ay-aht living in upper and lower will have complimentary entrance via online form. Both of these offerings do not include onsite camping or vehicle access on site.

Ticket Prices and event population:
2025’s event had a waiting list that was almost 80% of its 2025 capacity targets. In spite of that demand, we have decided to keep the onsite numbers the same and resisted overselling. Partly as a result of this and wanting to ensure we present a viable event of the same magnitude we have raised our prices in some places.

We hope our beloved Pachena Vets can respond quickly to this sale and these adjustments.

Pachena Bay Music Festival is 40% Music Festival and 60% remote camping trip with all your friends.

Did you really read everything? :)  Don’t need to cause you know it all?  Great.
