JeniMack

JeniMack is a music curator and House DJ based in British Columbia, Canada. Raised in the'70s by hippies

-she grew up in BC's underground rave scene in the '90's, an environment known for its focus on electronic music, visual arts, self expression, and community building. Expanding from her origins on Vancouver Island, JeniMack is actively involved in events and festivals especially on the the Island and the Kootenays.

She contributes to these events by designing and constructing stages and experiential spaces and

is particularly recognized for organizing and hosting memorable gatherings, often in remote settings such as forests and beaches. With a long-standing passion for electronic dance music (EDM) dating back to

the early 1990s, JeniMack began to focus seriously on mixing in 2019. Since then, she has performed at various small festivals and events, continuously developing her distinct sound. Her musical palette is significantly shaped by decades of listening to genres such as blues, reggae, hard rock, hip hop and grunge.

Her style is most accurately categorized as Indie Dance and Bass House, often featuring subtle yet impactful undercurrents of Latin, Funky, and Afro House influence

LOCATION

Pachena Bay is located 5 kms south of Bamfield, BC,

on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.
