Among Tides and Trees: A Sensory Journey to Reconnect with Yourself, Others, and the Natural World.


Join Kelly Blanchard, Clinical Counsellor and Nature-Based Therapist, for a 90-minute, family-friendly experience designed to deepen your connection with yourself, our Festival Community, and the More-Than-Human-Beings calling Pachena Bay their home. This interactive journey will guide you from the lush temperate rainforest to the ocean's edge, at a self-guided pace.


This guided experience welcomes participants of all ages (young kids accompanied by a parent) and abilities into this mindful exploration, where we will tune into our senses, cultivate curiosity and trust, and embrace the playful spirit of discovery.


Whether you are new to nature-based activities and mindfulness or seeking a deeper sense of connection, this workshop will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and more attuned to this magical place we all get to dance, play, and grow this weekend!

LOCATION

Pachena Bay is located 5 kms south of Bamfield, BC,

on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.
