SACRED SONGS from Earth, Ocean and Sky

Salish Sea Siren

This offering is a celebration of the SACRED elements of nature within us and around us in a one hour vocal embodiment workshop.  Join us for wild singing, earthy, dance rhythms,  and intentional word weaving. Every object vibrates with a unique voice, a distinct sound that wants to be played. We will gather our orchestra of percussive instruments from the forest and the beach, then invite the elements of air, water and earth to guide us in drawing out the music. Let the wild rumpus begin! What happens next is a rhythm wave that invites wild, Ancestral Voices to release the song that wants to be sung. We will sing-dance a continuous symphonic ballad inspired by AIR, EARTH and WATER. Our engagement will be FIERY! Conducted by an experienced leader in spontaneous, improvised creative music, this experience is part musical theatre, part contemporary dance and part intentional storytelling.

*Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.*
