In this all-levels Hatha-style morning flow class, participants will be encouraged to greet themselves exactly as they show up, to authentically listen to and honour what their body needs.
With reminders to attune and to focus on the breath, students will have the opportunity to
observe how the breath works in symbiosis with the movements and shapes throughout the class.
Lindy's intention, as the role of teacher, is for each participant to evoke a deep sense of presence and groundedness, preparing their bodies and minds for the weekend ahead.
This will be an inclusive stretching and strengthening movement practice, with modifications and variations offered.
Expect to feel peaceful and energized for the upcoming festivities.
