Ebb and Flow Yoga

In this Hatha-style Friday morning flow class, participants will be invited to greet themselves authentically, as they prepare their bodies and minds for the weekend ahead. Lindy's intention, as Teacher and Guide, is to evoke a deep sense of presence and groundedness for each student. Students will be guided to turn inward, to train the mind to listen deeply to what the body and spirit most need for physical and mental health. This will be a well-rounded all-levels yoga practice with modifications and variations to give your body exactly what it needs. With this practice, before the high energy of the festival truly begins, my hope is for a deep sense of collective connection. Expect to feel peaceful and energized for the weekend ahead.
