Have you ever seen people balancing on each other upside-down and thought "I want to do that!". Now's your chance to try this playful practice in a fun, safe and supported environment. In this workshop you'll learn: - the three main roles of AcroYoga: basing, flying & spotting - fun counterbalances through weight sharing - photo-worthy postures - exercises for strength & flexibility - tips for effective communication - partner and group warm-ups - safe spotting techniques You'll be challenged in the best ways, but you can always opt out of any exercises! Communication and consent are a huge part of acro! No experience (or flexibility) required, come solo or with a friend. Simply arrive open to connection and ready to play! This is a kid friendly event!

Pachena Bay is located 5 kms south of Bamfield, BC,

on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.
